Here, assessment methods are reviewed annually and may be updated based on student feedback, course content, or insights from an External Examiner. The External Examiner is an independent academic expert from another higher education institution, ensuring the integrity and standards of academic assessments.

Funding Your Study
All students have access to student finance.
Tuition Fee Loans
A Tuition Fee Loan covers your tuition fees and is paid directly to your awarding institution, in this case, Oxford Brookes University. Repayments begin only after you finish your course and earn £26,575 or more per year. Both full-time and part-time learners can apply.
Maintenance Loans
If eligible, you can also apply for a Maintenance Loan to help with living expenses. This loan is deposited directly into your bank account at the start of each term. Maintenance Grants
You may also apply for a Maintenance Grant to assist with living costs. These grants are paid directly into your bank account at the start of the term and do not need to be repaid. However, any grant you receive will reduce the amount of Maintenance Loan you can obtain if you choose to apply for one.
New students must demonstrate that they have been living in the UK for five years prior to the start of their course to qualify for living cost support from Student Finance England.
