I can't do a full-time course due to work or external circumstances. What are my options?

We offer a variety of flexible timetables to accommodate your busy work schedule. If you work full-time, Monday to Friday, we have weekend courses available. We will do our best to find a timetable that suits you.

I'm struggling with passing interviews. What can I do?

If you’re concerned about passing an interview, don’t worry. We offer interview preparation classes through Nxtgen Education to help build your confidence, and you can utilise these resources until you feel fully prepared.

I'm having trouble with my Maths and English tests. Can you help?

We provide plenty of resources to support you in passing your Maths and English tests. Partnered with our sister company, Nxtgen Education, we aim to help you succeed. Join our classes and take your next step into education.

I don’t want to travel far for university. Are there closer options?

No need to worry! We have campuses spread across the UK. We’ll help you find the nearest one to save you the hassle of long-distance travel and ensure your comfort.

How will my benefits be affected after starting university?

We understand many students may be receiving Universal Credit (UC). Since UC has begun cracking down on students receiving both student finance and UC, it’s in your best interest to evaluate which option is more beneficial for you. Speak to one of our consultants, and we can help you determine if university or maintaining UC is the better option for your circumstances.

I’m having trouble applying for student finance. Can you assist?

Absolutely! At Global Learning Pathway, we have a dedicated team to assist with student finance applications. Our team is trained to ensure you receive every penny you’re entitled to.

What if I have pre-booked holidays that clash with my timetable?

We understand that holidays are inevitable. Don’t worry—our team will advise you on the steps to take to enjoy your holiday without compromising your place at university.

I don’t know how to apply to university. Can you help?

Yes, we can help every step of the way! From booking your interview to guiding you through enrolment, our trained consultants will ensure the process is smooth and stress-free.

What happens if I need to attend university, but I also have a child to care for?

We understand the difficulty of balancing university with childcare. You may be eligible for additional funding to support your childcare needs, ensuring you can focus on your studies while securing proper care for your child.

I don’t have the qualifications to get into university. Can I still apply?

Yes! We offer several pathways, including courses that don’t require prior qualifications. We have access to over 180 courses, so there’s no need to worry. We will help you find the right route into your chosen field.

I don’t have the required ID to enrol. What can I do?

We allocate time during the intake process to help students who may not have the necessary ID. Our consultants are trained to assist you in obtaining the correct identification, ensuring you can proceed with your application.

I’m over 60. Will I still receive funding to study?

Yes! In fact, students over 60 not only receive funding, but they may also qualify for grants, meaning they don’t have to repay the money provided by student finance.

I’m under 21 and don’t have any qualifications. Can I still study?

Absolutely! We work with university partners who accept students without prior qualifications. We also offer various classes through our sister company, Nxtgen Education, to help you develop your skills and succeed in your chosen course.

I’ve come from abroad. Can I still study in the UK?

Yes, we can advise international students on their options. Even if you’re not eligible for student finance, we offer various courses and pathways to help you progress. We’ll ensure you are ready for university once funding becomes available.

I’m struggling with a language barrier. How can you help?

We value all our students and never want anyone to feel left behind due to communication issues. That’s why we’ve hired an in-house interpreter to assist students with language barriers, ensuring that you receive the support you need.

Can I transfer to a different course if I don’t like the one I’m enrolled in?

Yes, students can transfer to their preferred course after completing their foundation year. We’ll guide you through the process and help you find the right fit.

 

I don’t have a CV or personal statement. Can you help me create one?

Yes! At GLP, we have a dedicated team to help you build your CV and personal statement. We also offer workshops through Nxtgen Education to provide further guidance on crafting these essential documents.
